Slimway recipe for Slimway Banana Pudding
This Banana Pudding is so delicious and creamy, you'd never know how tasty it is and believe it so low in Treats unless you made it yourself.
200g low-fat custard ready-made.
450 g fat-free vanilla yoghurt.
4 small ripe banans.
16 sponge fingers.
200g Fat-free fromage frais.
1 tbsp vanilla essence.
1 tsp sweetener.
Break the sponge fingers in inch size pieces. Mix the Fromage Frais, vanilla essence and sweetener until you have a nice creamy mixture.
In a glass dessert bowl, pour half of the low-fat custard in the bottom. Then layer in most of the sponge fingers on top, leaving a few pieces for the top. Pour the fat-free vanilla yoghurt on top of the fingers. Pour the remaining custard on top of the yoghurt. Slice the bananas and stand them up on their edge and layer on top of the custard. Spread the Fromage frais mixture on top of the bananas being gentle not to push the bananas down through the custard. Press some of the remaining sponge fingers and a few banana slices over the top.
