Slimway recipe for Avocada Eggs on Toast
In a hurry, this breakfast can be prepared in 5 min, wow.
1 egg
half avocado
1 laughing light triangle
1 slice light wholemeal bread
Ground black pepper & salt.
Boil your egg to your desired taste, soft boiled or hard boiled. When the egg is cooked, run under a cold tap and allow to cool, remove the shell.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and black pepper.
Toast your slice of bread, spread the laughing cow light evenly across the toast.
Spread the avocado on top of the cheese.
Cut the bread diagonally, cut the egg in half and enjoy.
